      User Profile Folder

      The user profile folder contains files which are used during the execution of DocStyle. The default location is C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\DocStyle LLC\DocStyle Ribbon. End users must have full rights to this folder.

      The profile folder contains the following files and subfolders:

      • ChangeSets.  This folder contains the xml files representing the personal and global settings used in the Global Change dialog.
      • License. This folder contains a copy of the activation files and status files.
      • NumberSchemes.  This folder contains template documents representing the personal and global number schemes.
      • Temp. This folder is used during processing to store files temporarily.
      • Templates.  This folder contains template documents representing the personal and global templates used throughout DocStyle.
